Mixing the creatine with HMB was a no-brainer for me, and I've noticed my last few reps feel stronger without the usual burn-out. The powder dissolves pretty cleanly in water, which is a nice change from the gritty stuff I've tried before.
Three weeks in and my recovery between heavy leg days feels noticeably better, especially since the HMB is supposed to help hold onto muscle while I cut. The unflavored creatine has zero aftertaste, which I actually appreciate since I mix it with plain water and chase it with coffee.
