The magnesium in these capsules is a smart touch—my bones feel supported without any stomach upset like I’ve had with plain calcium before. Been taking them with breakfast for three weeks now, and the combination seems to really work for me.

My knee joints have been feeling less creaky since I started these, and I like that the magnesium is included to help the calcium actually get absorbed. Also a plus that they're capsules, not those chalky tablets I used to dread.

These capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they combine the calcium with magnesium and vitamin D, so I don't have to juggle three bottles. My morning stiffness has definitely eased up since I started taking them with breakfast.
