Shilajit-gummier

The Himalayan sourcing caught my eye, and these gummies have a smooth, earthy taste that's easy to take daily. I've noticed a steady lift in my energy by mid-afternoon, which is exactly what I needed.

Three weeks in and I'm honestly surprised by how steady my energy feels through the afternoon—no jittery crash like with coffee. The gummies themselves have that earthy, mineral taste from the Himalayan source, which took a day to get used to but now I actually look forward to it.

I've been taking these for about three weeks now and the mineral-rich formulation gives me steady energy without the jittery feeling I get from coffee. The gummies themselves are easy to chew, though I wish the texture was a bit firmer.
