I’ve been mixing this into my morning shake for two weeks now, and the adaptogens actually take the edge off my pre-workout jitters while the creatine does its job. The blackberry lemon flavor is genuinely pleasant, not that chalky fake-tasting stuff, and it dissolves with barely any clumps in my shaker. I’ve been taking it before work rather than the gym and the focus effect is subtle but real, like my head is clearer without any jittery feeling.

The mix is so smooth I don't even need a shaker ball, and the blackberry lemon taste is genuinely pleasant—not that chalky thing most powders have. I feel noticeably more dialed-in during my afternoon sets, and the calm focus carries into work afterward.
