These capsules hit that perfect sweet spot for me—100 mg of caffeine is just enough to sharpen my focus without the jitters I get from a full cup of coffee. I take one mid-morning and the mental energy feels steady, not like a crash waiting to happen.

My brain usually fogs out by 2pm, but one of these with lunch kept me sharp through a full afternoon of meetings. The 100mg caffeine dose feels smooth, just like a cup of coffee, without any jittery crash.

The 100 mg caffeine per serving is roughly what I get from my morning coffee, so the transition was seamless. I’ve noticed I’m more steady through the afternoon without that jittery crash. Only downside is the capsule size is a bit big for me to swallow.
