Sciroppo di sambuco

I've been taking a spoonful every morning since I got it, and the apple cider vinegar gives it a nice tang that cuts through the sweetness of the raw honey. It's become a comforting little ritual I actually look forward to.

The raw honey really balances out the tartness of the apple cider vinegar, so it's actually pleasant to take straight off the spoon. I've been adding a splash to my morning tea for a week now and my throat feels noticeably less scratchy.

The apple cider vinegar gives it just enough tang to cut through the honey, so it doesn't feel like syruping straight sugar. I keep the bottle by my coffee station and do a spoonful whenever the season changes.
