No fishy aftertaste at all, which honestly surprised me since most omega supplements leave that burp for hours. I've been taking one softgel with breakfast for three weeks and my joints feel noticeably less creaky on my morning runs.

The once-daily softgel is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I hate the aftertaste of fish oil. It’s been about three weeks and I feel like my joints are a bit less cranky, though I can’t say it’s a miracle. Giving it four stars mostly because the bottle is a bit bulky for my cabinet.
